At the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro, training was held for a new generation of students 2022 who will provide free legal assistance to vulnerable groups at the Law Clinic within the framework of the ENEMLOS project. The training was conducted by Prof. Dr. Biljana Đuričin, Assoc. Dr. Nikola Dožić and Assoc. Dr. Velibor Korać. 42 students applied to work at the clinic, who will work with live clients, vulnerable groups in cases from all areas of legal disciplines. The students are from the third year of undergraduate, specialist and master's studies. During the training, students were introduced to how to provide legal assistance: with case acceptance, with the documentation required for case acceptance, how to organize and conduct an interview with the client with special reference to the client's privacy, with the basic stages of the client counseling process and with mandatory questions in subjects from certain legal disciplines. The students also visited the new rooms of the Legal Clinic, which, through equipment, books, databases, and space, enable them to work smoothly and with quality to provide adequate legal assistance to our citizens. By the way, the training was preceded by a conversation with the registered students and the selection of those who will work at the clinic.
