Expected Impact

This project will have a long-term impact on the legal education in partner countries. The new legal clinic approach will benefit not only the faculties involved but the needs of the states and societies.

The greater number of cases could be solved thru the work of those legal clinics. Also, it can be expected that other law faculties adopt a similar approach to practical education of lawyers, not only in terms of education, but also in terms of improvement of exercising the rights of vulnerable groups.

The project will allow academic staff and other educators to acquire new competences, which systematically be transfered to students and will have positive impact on their studying at the faculty and their employability. This will have a branching effect on all legal professions in aprtner countries, which will benefit from new knowledge that young lawyers will bring to their profession.

Professional associations of lawyers from partner countries will also benefit from the project. It is expected that the experiences gained during this project will have positive impact on the future changes of the procedures for the lifelong education of lawyers, and their furthertrainings of the graduated law students.

Our main project idea is to create inclusion for all. Including here vulnerable groups. We will compose the project team in that way that will have on board members from different ethnic group. We will make sure that our activities will consist of persons from different ethnic background, minority, from different religious background, etc, having in mind that we will absolutely respect half/half the gender balance on this project.

We will include different associations that are working with legal clinics and in that way we will include also Lawyers, Prosecutors and Judges from different ethnic background, who will be part of this project
