Legal clinics Podgorica Law School have started working to provide free legal aid to clients, vulnerable groups, which were established within the Erasmus + project - ENEMLOS - "Legal clinics in the service of vulnerable groups: improving the employability of law students through practical education."

In all situations where one or more persons (vulnerable group, e.g. victims of domestic violence, poor persons, refugees, asylum seekers, children, and disability persons) request legal advice, the legal clinic will provide the student's client with the help of practitioners and teachers and provide adequate free legal advice.. In addition to academic staff, practitioners - judges, lawyers, prosecutors, notaries, public executors and mediators - will work with students in providing advice.

The clinic provides free legal advice in the field of civil, criminal, civil procedure, criminal procedure, business, obligation, family, hereditary, administrative, international, labor, constitutional, financial, environmental and human rights.

The Legal Clinic of the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro is located in the building of the Faculty of Law (at the entrance from the parking lot) and will work every working day from 12:00 to 15:00, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 16:00 to 18:00.

The Faculty of Law has provided space for the work of legal clinics, and through the Project the necessary equipment for work in clinics and a library with the latest literature from the EU law fund and countries that traditionally have legal clinics in their curricula and work with live clients.
