The synergy of higher education and the economy can encourage knowledge transfer, new employment, innovation, entrepreneurship and creativity. This was assessed during the presentation on "Synergy effects of Erasmus + projects for better cooperation with the economy" organized on December 9, 2021 by the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro in cooperation with the National Erasmus + Office. Universities in Montenegro, within the Erasmus + program, are implementing several projects: DUALMON, SUCCESS, KNOWHUB, E-VIVA, ENEMLOS, RISKMAN, DIGST, BKSTONE, VIRAL, BLUEWBC, TRANS2W and REBUS, which have been implemented or are still ongoing their realization, within which it is possible to establish cooperation with the economy and achieve a synergetic effect for both parties. The presentation of the project ENEMLOS - Legal Clinics in the Service of Vulnerable Groups: Strengthening the Employment of Law Students through Practical Education was the focus of Doc. dr. Nikola Dožić. The primary goal of the project is to increase the employment prospects of law students through practical training within the law clinic. The Law Clinic should provide students with direct contact with live clients, providing them with the opportunity for professional practice during their studies. This significantly improves the professional skills of young law graduates, which cannot be achieved exclusively through simulated processes and the study of legal theory.
