The project "Legal clinics in the service of vulnerable groups: enhancing the employability of law students through practical education" (ENEMLOS) is being implemented at the Faculty of Law of the University of UCG and partners of the Project. This is one of the largest projects of the Faculty of Law of UCG, which is supported within the Erasmus + capacity building program in the field of higher education. The project will last for three years. The Project includes three eminent institutions from the EU that successfully deal with clinical legal education, especially working with the live clients: the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb, the Regent University of London and the University Center for Legal Clinics in Warsaw, which will provide the best education and practice in the field of clinical legal education present in the EU and USA. Among the institutions participating in the Project are the law faculties in Podgorica, Pristina, Gjilan and Peja, the Bar Associations of Montenegro and Kosovo, the Supreme Court of Montenegro, the State Prosecutors Office of Montenegro, Notary Chamber of Montenegro, Chamber of Judicial Officers of Montenegro, Center for ADR of Montenegro and the Basic Court of Gjilan. The education of teaching staff, students and non-academic staff from Montenegro was organized at the Faculty of Law from December 7 to 9 for Montenegro. The education was performed by professors and students of the Faculty of Law in Zagreb, headed by Prof. Dr. Alan Uzelac. All participants in the training were greeted by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr Aneta Spaić and project coordinator Prof. Dr. Biljana Đuričin. The training took place online from 14 -16 December 2020 for Kosovo. The invitation to the participants was sent by the University of Haxhi Zeka (UHZ) and was moderated jointly by the staff of Zagreb University and UHZ. Despite the fact that training was provided online, the staff and students of Law Faculty at the Zagreb University, provided practical sessions as well as by simulating a case at the simulated scene of live legal clinics. During the three-day training, the participants had enough time to make questions. The training was very interactive. Both presenters and participants shared information about the current state of play with regard to the regulatory framework on establishment of live legal clinics. From this training, Montenegro and Kosovo participants have understood that the establishment of live legal clinics requires a lot of voluntary efforts and as process will be followed with some legal and financial challenges. The participants learned how the Live Legal Clinics function and now they have a clearer view what should be done to establishment such type of clinics. The whole training was interactive and participants from Montenegro and Kosovo universities and non-academic institutions had a lot of questions in order to clarify many issues through special cases, its treatment in the legal clinics up to the insurance if any case was not solved or caused any damage.
