At the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro, the first certificates for work at the Law Clinic within the ENEMLOS project were distributed. Diplomas were awarded to 72 students who were engaged in working with live clients at the legal clinic.

Since the summer semester of 2022, students have helped clients to protect their violated or threatened rights with their legal advice or opinions and the engagement of academic and non-academic mentors. The cases were from different legal fields. In this way, the goals of the project were realized: the students applied the acquired theoretical knowledge in practice, developed existing and new legal skills and professionalism, improved their creative thinking, and on the other hand provided our citizens with free legal advice.

At the presentation of the certificates, the dean, prof. Dr. Aneta Spaić, project coordinator prof. Dr. Biljana Đuričin. and our non-academic partners VDT Maja Jovanović, president of the Chamber of Notaries Darko Ćurić talked about project.

The ENEMLOS project is supported within the Erasmus+ capacity improvement program in the field of higher education. The legal clinics will be a recognizable feature of the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro.
