On March 22, 24 and 26, 2021, the Foundation of Legal Clinics of Poland held an online workshop on clinical legal education in clinics in Poland, in English. This is an activity of WP2, which is envisaged by the project of the Legal Clinic in the service of early living groups: Improving the employability of law students through practical education - ENEMLOS. In addition to the academic staff and students from the Faculty of Law of UCG, non-academic partners representing the judiciary in Montenegro also participated in the workshop. A workshop for Kosovo partners, both academic and non-academic staff, was held 19-23. April, 2021. Colleagues from Poland presented the following topics:

  • Dr. Filip Czernicki, Dr. hab. Izabela Kraśnicka (The Polish Legal Clinics Foundation) - Introduction to Clinical Legal Education Training in Poland-Success Story, Foundation of Legal Clinics and Clinical Legal Education Standards in Poland;
  • Dr. Barbara Namysłowska-Gabrysiak (Warsaw University Faculty of Law and Administration) - Clinical Legal Education at Clinics at the Faculty of Law in Warsaw;
  • Dr Przemysław Kubiak (Lodz University Faculty of Law and Administration) - Teaching “soft” skills in clinical legal education;
  • Dr. Katarzyna Syroka-Marczewska - Clinic at the Faculty of Law in Warsaw-organization of the clinic, training for students, the role of supervisor in the educational process;
  • Dr Paweł Łabieniec - Łódź Legal Clinic, Evaluation of Student Work, Client Types and Legal Ethics in Clinics;
  • Dr. Wojciech Górowski- Jagiellonian University Legal Clinic- Framework for providing legal advice in the light of solutions in Polish law, animating students for the clinic, law clinic in the organizational and teaching structure of the Faculty of Law;
  • Dr. Katarzyna Antolak-Szymanski - SWPS University Legal Clinic - Legal Clinic at the time of the COVID19 pandemic, online work and the pro bono aspect of clinic work
